Art Nouveau-style Secession flower vase centrepiece is an angular elongated vase in a tapered waisted form flanked by whiplash handles. The vase exemplifies secessionist design, and is decorated in relief with sinuous and interlaced stylised plant-form motifs; its splayed base sits on four feet on a pierced frame.
This item is a reproduction of model no. 192 from WMF’s original “The Art Nouveau Domestic Metalwork Catalogue” dated 1906, as illustrated within our image collection. It was originally entitled: ‘Flower Vase’.
