This generously sized solid pewter charger plate, with a classic engraved crest, is handcrafted by Italian pewter craftsmen and makes a dramatic centrepiece for serving, or a useful base plate underneath others during a meal of different courses - the charger is often referred to as an "underplate" or "service plate".
