Buying as a gift? Why not make it even more special with our engraving service?
The two-pronged fork penetrates large roasts with ease, anchoring the food in place whilst slicing or carving, allowing a safer, cleaner cut. The Gabriella Carving Fork also acts as a serving utensil, picking up slices of meat for placing on a plate.
The Gabriella Carving Fork is hand-made by Italian craftsmen, using both pewter and stainless steel produced in Brescia, Lombardy; fused to produce a strong and ergonomic design, and is part of the extensive range of Gabriella cutlery.
The Gabriella range of flatware and serving ware is a simple, but elegant, design with rectangular-shaped handles, featuring an attractive decorative line all the way around the edge, giving the cutlery a contemporary feel. The soft, warm hues of the pewter, combined with the simplicity in design, adds sophistication to any table setting, formal or informal.
The pewter handles of Gabriella cutlery are made using a special technique: the molten pewter is directly cast onto the steel tips of the cutlery; this process forms what is really a single element in which the "hardness" of the steel discreetly dissolves into the "soft" surface of the pewter handle, more suitable for contact with the hands.
