Gabriella Soft Cheese Knife - 25 cm Length - Handcrafted in Italy - Pewter & Stainless Steel
The offset Gabriella Soft Cheese Knife is a classic design, perfect for slicing through soft cheeses; its thin blade designed to minimise sticking, resulting in crisper-shaped slices of Brie, Camembert, Reblochon, and Fontina, and many more besides.

The Gabriella Soft Cheese Knife is actually sturdy enough to work with harder cheeses; the offset handle preventing your knuckles from touching the surface of a well-laid cheese board. Its design also lends itself to cutting eggs, pies and cakes.
Hand-made by Italian craftsmen using pewter and stainless steel, both produced in Brescia, Lombardy, the knife is fused to produce a pretty item combining an ergonomic design with considerable strength. The Gabriella Soft Cheese Knife complements a full range of cheese knives and flatware available in Cosi Tabellini's popular Gabriella range.
The Gabriella range of flatware and serving ware is a simple, but elegant, design with rectangular-shaped handles, featuring an attractive decorative line all the way around the edge, giving the cutlery a contemporary feel. The soft, warm hues of the pewter, combined with the simplicity in design, adds sophistication to any table setting, formal or informal.
The pewter handles of Gabriella cutlery are made using a special technique: the molten pewter is directly cast onto the steel tips of the cutlery; this process forms what is really a single element in which the "hardness" of the steel discreetly dissolves into the "soft" surface of the pewter handle, more suitable for contact with the hands.
