The name Ma'gra derives from the function of a double spouted gravy boat, which is to allow one the choice of the Magro; the lean body of the gravy that settles at the bottom, or the Grasso; the lighter floating fatty sauce, by choosing which spout to pour from, hence 'Ma-gra'.
